Folks
often ask me how I got into diving. Like many, it was purely by chance whilst on
holiday. But once I had sampled the crystal clear waters of the Indian Ocean I
was hooked for life!
I enjoy diving in any kind of place, for any kind of reason, most especially when having fun with sensible people.
I have been diving since 1997 and have experienced UK waters as well as France, Jersey, Spain, Malta, Tenerife, Sardinia, Egypt (Red Sea) and Kenya. There's a whole heap of places still on my dive wish list yet though!

Qualified Dive Industry Technician (ASSET) Gas Blender and Nitrox Technician, Cylinder Testing Technician (Part 1 & 2, with Visual Plus). Apeks, Beuchat, Cressi, Coltri Sub, Northern Diver and Tigullio servicing qualified.
Instructor Trainer with the International Association for Handicapped Divers; currently the IAHD co-ordinator for the UK as well as Malta and Gozo.
Other teaching/instructing experience includes Breathing Apparatus (over 20 years), EFL teacher, TUC course tutor at UKC, Mid Kent College, West Kent College and Thanet College and the WEA London. Also a Basic Skills Linkup Supporter.
Holder of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Professional Trainers Certificate, the Royal Society of Arts Certificate of Teaching EFL and the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health NEBOSH National General Certificate.
