Less than a mile from Kent Scuba's dive centre, Walpole Bay offers opportunities to dive at all states of the tide.

Definitely not the best dive site in the world, but still a chance to see some interesting wildlife and have some fun.

We are running a photo competition at Walpole through until October, so bring your camera along too. All these pictures were taken at Walpole.

Also often used by Kent Scuba for Rescue Diver training before progressing to the final scenarios.

This enormous concrete tidal pool can be dived to within a couple of hours either side of high water on the inside.

Or on high water on the outside (SMB required).
